At Base Camp, you can rent several of our spaces and areas for meetings, birthdays, family gatherings, clubs and associations, courses, small events, and other private or corporate occasions.
You can rent a single space for a few hours or combine several areas with options such as Swedish fika, meals, accommodation, or activities.
Prices are starting prices and may vary depending on the date, time, season, and demand.
Views, wood-burning stove and seating for up to approximately 20 people.
Café Fine Forest is located at the highest point of Base Camp, overlooking the lake and surrounding forest landscape. The wood-burning stove makes it an especially warm and inviting gathering place during autumn, winter and colder days.
The space is ideal for smaller dinners, birthdays, family gatherings, clubs and associations, Swedish fika, or simply for those looking for a warm and cosy place to spend time together.
A normal amount of firewood for the stove is included.
When the venue is rented privately outside our regular opening hours, you may bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol.
The venue is then reserved exclusively for your group, and different rules apply compared with the café’s regular operations.

Adjacent to the café area is a separate dishwashing room equipped with a professional commercial dishwasher and sink.
The dishwasher is fast and easy to use, making it convenient for groups arranging their own dinner, catering or food service.
Meetings and activities in a unique setting.
The Double Cabin can be rented by the hour and is suitable for smaller meetings, group gatherings, workshops, children’s parties, kids’ discos, and other activities.
The Meeting Room accommodates approximately 20 people and can be arranged according to your group’s needs.
It is equipped with a projector and soundbar system for presentations, training sessions and meetings.
The room can also be rearranged for film screenings, game evening or used as a unique gathering space.
The projector and sound system are included for normal use.
Base Camp has an outdoor stage available to rent for your own events, such as live music, smaller performances, presentations, award ceremonies and other events.
Pricing and arrangements depend on the date, the scale of the event and which other areas of Base Camp are required.

A host is available on-site or nearby during your event and can assist when needed with practical matters, facilities and equipment. The host can also help with basic ongoing tidying and resetting of the venue.
Minimum charge: 3 hours.
Staff who actively work during your event, for example welcoming guests, serving food and drinks, dishwashing, preparations, cleaning/resetting, or other agreed practical services.

At check-in, we meet with the person responsible for the booking and go through the facilities and equipment included. The rental agreement is signed, and you will receive clear instructions regarding access, safety, cleaning and restoring the premises.
Where practically possible, you can then use the rented space independently. For certain types of events, we may require an on-site host or additional staff. Any such requirement will always be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
The premises must be left clean and restored to their original condition according to the instructions provided at check-in.
If additional cleaning or resetting is required after your booking, a fee of 1 500 SEK per started hour will be charged.

Yes, this is possible for many types of rentals. At check-in, we go through the venue, rules, equipment, safety procedures and how the premises should be left with the person responsible for the booking. After that, you can use the venue independently.
For certain types of events, we may require an on-site host or other staff.
Yes. You can book an on-site host, event staff, or a guide/activity leader.
We will agree on the level of assistance you need before confirming the booking.
Yes. For private rentals, you may bring your own food, refreshments and alcoholic beverages, according to the arrangements agreed upon when booking.

Yes. You can arrange catering yourselves, or contact us and we’ll see what options are available for your event.
Yes. The dishwashing room can be rented as an add-on to Café Fine Forest. It is equipped with a sink and a professional commercial dishwasher that is fast and easy to use.
The kitchen is not currently one of our standard rental options, but if you are planning an event where you need access to a kitchen, please feel free to ask us.

Yes. As a general rule, the venue must be left clean and restored to its original condition according to the instructions provided at check-in.
