Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the Black and Red tour?

The main difference between the tours is the two lines in the middle of the tour.

On the Red tour, you'll take a 250-meter walk through a key habitat before zip-lining over 250 meters and then 427 meters.

On the Black tour, you'll zip-line over 150 meters and have a double line of 111 meters. The Black tour includes a total of three double lines, while the Red tour features two double lines but also the longest single line.

It’s a matter of taste—why not try both and decide for yourself?

Do you have a high ropes course?

No, we don’t have a high ropes course in that sense. While we do have a course where we are elevated, our focus is on providing guided nature experiences with the aim of allowing everyone to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Can you go without a guide?

No, it’s not possible. Each group, consisting of up to a maximum of 10 people, is always accompanied by two guides who lead you through the adventure. This ensures both your safety on the course and that you have an unforgettable nature experience.

More frequently Asked Questions

Who can zip?

Can my child ride the zipline?

Absolutely. Children under 35 kg go zipping in tandem with one of our guides, since they would be unable to reach the next station by themselves. The guide is responsible for the child's safety throughout the adventure.

Age

Minimum age is 5 years. Children aged 5 years and above can go tandem zipping with one of our guides. Minors can join a Zipline adventure on their own from the age of 16, provided by a parental agreement.

Body weight

Minimum weight 35 kg to zip alone, underneath 35 kg, tandem. Maximum weight 125 kg

Fitness / Disabilities

You do not need to be an athlete to zip. As long as you are physically and mentally fit you can go zipping. If you can handle a walk and then climb a two-metre ladder, you are fit to zip.

If you have some type of disability, please feel free to contact us. We always try to find a solution to enable as many people as possible to join our adventures. We are only too happy to help people share this incomparable experience and the joy of adventure. Dentures and crutches, for instance, are no problem! We have experience of different disabilities.

Pregnant women

We do not recommend that pregnant women go zipping. Please consult a medical expert before you choose one of our zipline adventures.
