Booking terms

The booking terms apply to all bookings made through our booking system, by email, or via quotation.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to our booking terms and conditions.

When purchasing a gift card, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Act.

When you make a reservation or booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.

• Persons up to and including 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the adventure.
• Persons under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to book an adventure.
• This parent or guardian must also be present at the registration for written approval.

Bookings and purchases must be paid at the time of booking or purchase. The easiest and fastest way to pay is directly through our booking system by card (VISA or MasterCard).

If you are a company customer and wish to pay by invoice, please contact us before booking so we can add your company details to our system and send the invoice by email (terms: net 0). An administrative fee of SEK 250 SEK per invoice applies for manual processing.

Exceptions may be made for larger bookings, contracted collaborations, or specific agreements, where payment by invoice is offered without a fee.

For special bookings made by email or quotation, payment follows the instructions in the confirmation.

• More than 5 days before the booked adventure: 100% refund
• More than 72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before the booked adventure: 0% refund

ChatGPT sade: Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellation. If you wish to reschedule your booking closer to the activity date than what our cancellation policy allows for a refund, the same conditions as for late cancellation apply, meaning no refund or free rescheduling is possible.

Only customers who have purchased a rescheduling guarantee are entitled to reschedule free of charge closer to the activity date, in accordance with the terms of the guarantee.

Time regulations: Our cancellation policy is based on 24:00 Swedish time. If you cancel after our office closes at 18:00 the day before your booking, the cancellation will be considered made the next day, and no refund will be issued.

Authorization: Only the person or company that made the booking can cancel or reschedule.

For those who want extra flexibility, it is possible to purchase a Rescheduling Guarantee at the time of booking. The guarantee applies per person and cannot be purchased afterwards.

Terms of the Rescheduling Guarantee:

• More than 48 hours before the booked adventure: Free rescheduling.
• The Rescheduling Guarantee applies only to the specific booking and the individuals it was purchased for.
• The guarantee is personal and non-transferable.

Price: 150 SEK per person.

When booking meals or food packages that are specially ordered or prepared for your group, specific terms apply:

• Once the food has been ordered, planned, or prepared, the order is binding, and no refund will be issued in case of cancellation or no-show.
• This also applies to late changes in the number of participants in the group.

For your safety, and to ensure our guides can provide a secure experience, the following rules apply. If these are not met, you will unfortunately not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued.

• You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs upon arrival.
• You do not arrive at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time.
• You weigh more than 125 kg (including clothing, shoes, etc.).
• You are not wearing proper footwear (flip-flops, open sandals, and Crocs are not permitted).

Little Rock Lake determines what qualifies as extreme weather conditions, in accordance with our safety procedures.

If a departure cannot begin within 2 hours of the scheduled time due to extreme weather conditions, or if extreme weather occurs during the zipline tour and the adventure cannot continue within 1 hour and must be cancelled, you are entitled to:

• Reschedule free of charge, or
• Receive a gift card equal to 100% of the amount paid.

All participants must follow the guides’ instructions and use the safety equipment as directed. Little Rock Lake AB is responsible for providing safe equipment and trained guides, but participation is always at your own risk. Failure to follow safety regulations may result in removal from the activity without refund.

These terms do not affect your rights under applicable Swedish consumer legislation. We comply with the Consumer Act, the Product Safety Act, and the Civil Protection Act.

When you book an adventure or contact us, we need to process certain personal data, such as your name, contact details, and any specific requests related to your booking. We process this information to manage your booking, provide good service, and fulfill our legal obligations.

Little Rock Lake AB is the data controller for this processing. We do not store more information than necessary and never share your data with third parties beyond what is required to complete your booking (e.g., payment providers).

Applies to bookings not made directly through our booking tool, such as via email, quotation, or contact with our customer service.

For the booking to be completed, you must accept the booking and cancellation terms.

As soon as the terms are approved, we will send a confirmation of your booking together with a payment link or an invoice.

• More than 7 business days before the booked adventure: 50% refund
• Less than 7 business days before the booked adventure: 0% refund
• Rescheduling follows the same rules as cancellation.
