Job description

As a Head/Front Guide you have the main responsibility for a group of 8 to 10 zipping guests together with the Assist Guide. This will be the main activity during the high season.

You will lead the group through the entire adventure from the moment the guests arrive at Basecamp until they complete the adventure and return to the main facility. During the adventure, you will teach visitors about nature and its environment, along with the right of public access. Your goal should be for the guests to return from the adventure with a memory they will never forget!

You are also available for all our other outdoor activities such as guiding at the climbing wall, cave adventure, hiking, 5 and 8 camp games, etc. But also for everyday jobs in our course or at Basecamp.

What do we ask from you?

  • Minimum 20 years old 
  • Experience in the field of outdoor, sport, climbing, scouting, nature or similar experience 
  • Positive, social and physically fit 
  • Swedish or at least good English language skills. Dutch, German etc. is a plus but not required 
  • No fear of heights 
  • Basic knowledge of first aid (You will follow an internal HLR course when you start working with us) 
  • High sense of responsibility and safety 
  • Organized and orderly 
  • Team player, energetic and the will to work  
  • Available in holidays and weekends
