Booking terms

Validity

The booking terms are valid for all booked adventure(s) through our booking system. When purchasing a gift card you have a 14 days right of withdrawal according to consumer act.

Booking Confirmation

When you have made a reservation/booking you will receive a confirmation via email. Persons up to and including 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult during the adventure. Persons under 18 years old must have parental or guardian permission to book an adventure. This parent or guardian must also be present during on-site registration for written approval.

Payment

The full payment has to be done simultaneously with the booked departure. As an individual you can pay with VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation and refund

With 5 days or more before booked departure you get 100% refund. Up till 72 hours before booked departure you get 50% refund. Less then 72 hours before booked departure you get 0% refund

No refund applicable when:

  • You are under the influence of alcohol/drugs on arrival
  • If you are not on site 30 minutes before the booked departure time
  • If you weigh over 125 kg. (This weighted with clothes, shoes, etc.)
  • If you are not wearing proper footwear such as flip flops, open sandals and crocs

Weather conditions

If a departure can not take off within 2 hours of delayed departure due to extreme weather conditions, you have the right to rebook for free or alternatively choose for a gift card which is valid for 2 years from the cancelation date and has the full value, or you have the choice to have a 100% refund. (According to the consumer act) 

If extreme weather conditions occur during the zipline tour and the adventure can not be continued within 1 hour and must be canceled, 50% will be refunded or you can rebook for free. Groups that start and are together in the course while extreme weather conditions occur should not be split up without a guide from Little Rock Lake joining for evacuation.

The Consumer Act, the Product Safety act and the Act on Protection against Accidents.

Booking conditions for packages, departure bookings and bathing facilities

Valid for all booked packages outside our reservation system or booked directly with us on request, the following applies:

Accepting booking conditions

To implement a group booking it is required to accept the sended booking conditions and reconfirm them by email to us.

Payment and entrepreneur

Bookings/purchases must be paid in connection to the booking/purchase. If you are entrepreneur and wish to pay by invoice, please contact us first so we put in your business credientials in our system and send your invoice by email.

Cancellation

If the booking or purchase is cancelled more than 7 workdays before the booking/purchase date you will be refunded 50 % of the price.

If the booking or purchases is cancelled less than 7 workdays before the booking/purchase date you will be refunded 0 % of the price.

*Please notice that only those who carried out the booking can cancel / rebook.

Cancellation must be made via email to: booking@littlerocklake.com. Please note that our cancellation policy is using a time table at 24:00 Swedish time. This means that if you cancel after our office closing time at 18:00 the day before the booked time you will not be refunded.
